Non retaliation Policy to protect whistleblowers who act in good faith
The purpose of Seal Telecom Non-Retaliation Policy is to establish guidelines for the use of the Seal Telecom Communication Channel providing protection to no retaliation towards the whistleblower acting in good faith reporting suspicious of misconducts, violations of Seal Telecom Code of Conduct or internal policies and law relating to anti-corruption law or data protection and privacy law.
Seal Ethics Communication Channel – “Seal Ethics”
Seal Telecom provides a secure whistleblower channel to ensure respect, confidence, and transparency to our colleagues and third parties. This channel is available for whistleblower in good faith who wishes to help us improve our program by reporting suspicious misconducts and violation of Seal Telecom Code of Conduct or internal policies and law relating to anti-corruption law or data protection and privacy law.
Seal Ethics allows whistleblowers to keep their identity anonymous and protects them by Seal Telecom Non-Retaliation Policy. Thus, every report shall proceed as confidential.
Important: To request information based on data protection and privacy law, the identify of the requester shall be verified in compliance with the law.
